Michael Noble

Corporate Advisor

Michael Noble serves as Corporate Advisor to Aurex Trading FZCO, bringing over 35 years of international experience in the oil and gas sector, including senior technical and management roles with major firms such as Conoco Inc, Lundin Petroleum, and Dubai Petroleum Company. As Managing Partner of Holborn Energy Group, an independent oil and gas consultancy, he has extensive expertise in strategic advisory, portfolio development, and resource evaluation, having contributed to discoveries totalling over 525 million barrels of oil equivalent 2P reserves.

His background includes co-founding and advising energy startups, structuring acreage portfolios, and leading exploration and production ventures across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and Europe. Michael’s deep industry knowledge and cross-disciplinary experience in finance, operations, and global markets position him to provide valuable strategic and corporate advisory guidance to Aurex Trading’s activities in gold trading and other ventures. He holds a BSc in Geology & Geophysics from Durham University and an MSc in Petroleum Geology from Imperial College, London. He is a member of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI).

Mujtaba Jamal

Mujtaba Jamal is a serial entrepreneur and international trader with over 9 years of hands-on experience in cross-border commerce, logistics, and mining across the UAE and Africa. He is the co-founder of Aurex Capital and a key driver behind its strategic footprint across the region.

Since 2018, Mujtaba has founded and scaled three high-capex ventures, including:

  • Al Mandra LLC – A UAE-based shipping & logistics company launched with an initial capital expenditure of $600K, facilitating cross-Gulf freight and customs-cleared inland distribution.
  • Al Etijahat Al Mutqadima Trucks – A UAE-based transportation and heavy-vehicle trading firm with CapEx exceeding $1.2 million, serving regional construction and industrial sectors.
  • MJ Mining LLC – A Sudanese gold and mineral extraction company established with $2.3 million CapEx, specializing in exploration, equipment sourcing, and licensed mining concessions.

Mujtaba holds deep operational intelligence and senior-level access in key African markets, including Sudan, Egypt, Cameroon, Zambia, Chad, Somalia, Ghana, and Tanzania. His influence spans public and private sectors, giving Aurex Capital a distinct competitive edge in sourcing, compliance, and execution.

He is known for:

General Manager

Alexander Noble is the General Manager of Aurex Trading DMCC, bringing over a decade of senior experience in institutional fundraising and corporate finance. As a proven financial professional regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, he has a demonstrable track record of successfully raising and deploying over $279 million in capital for investment funds and high-growth businesses across international markets, including the Middle East, Europe, and Asia Pacific. His expertise encompasses structuring equity and debt financing, strategic market positioning, and managing key investor relationships with institutions, private banks, and high-net-worth individuals.

His strategic vision and deep understanding of global finance and commodities are central to guiding Aurex Trading’s activities in gold trading and other ventures. Fluent in conversational Arabic, Alexander possesses a strong cross-cultural aptitude and a proven ability to execute complex transactions and drive growth in the dynamic Dubai market.
